Set in an acre of manicured gardens, it boasts magnificent views across the Spey Valley to the mountains beyond, with owners and staff offering a warm Highland welcome to everyone who visits. The Craigerne is also an ideal base for touring the Scottish Highlands, whilst the hotel itself is a haven of peace and tranquility. No Car? - No Problem! The Hotel is three minutes from Newtonmore Railway station, and with prior notice, we would be only too happy to meet you on arrival and transport you to the Hotel at no extra charge. The hotel has 10 bedrooms, mostly en-suite, each with TV and hospitality tray and central heating throughout, making it suitable for a break all year round. The Glen is ideally placed for golfers being only a short walk from the first tee at Newtonmore Golf Club. Highland golf is something to be savoured, and the Glen is perfectly placed to allow golfers to enjoy playing the game, amidst some of the most magnificent mountain scenary in Scotland. Warm yourself by the log fire, sampling an extensive range of Malt Whiskies and cask ales, while you enjoy regular Live Entertainment in the hotel bar.
